Very cool pub in downtown Willimantic. Large list of brew options. The waiter was pleasant and attentive. The food was very delicious. I had the pulled pork sandwich. Awesome!
We try to make it once a week here! Great food and service. Bartenders are amazing, and tonight our server Jake is a phenomenal server! Pleasent and attentive!! Great job willibrew!
This place has excellent beer. I would definitely recommend getting a flight of the beers they brew there. All the beers we tried were excellent. They have tons of options. My favorite from the time we were there was called Zip It. The food was decent. Service was decent especially for being so busy. Highly recommended the potato skin appetizer. They have a large menu. It was very busy when we went, but we lucked out and found a bar seat right away. The decor is great! It's an old post office from 1909 and still has original pieces! If your looking for delicious beers, this place is definitely for you!
Okay. I’m not a beer drinker, but my partner is. So we like to find places that brew beer and have good food. I had heard good things about this place, and it has high ratings. So we tried it out. My real hope is that our server was just awful. He was slower than death. The two of us had dinner in over an hour and a half. It wasn’t very busy. He got a beer which he really liked (the gold one?). We got an appetizer and it had sat under the heat lamp for a while before we got it. Then after we finished out app the server put our meal in the system. Fast forward to getting our food. I got the steak poutine. Undercooked steak. Very limited gravy. Meh cheese. Not impressive. He got a burger which was also undercooked. Overall, loved the atmosphere. It’s a beautiful building. I think our server was an absolute let down. Might try again someday...
Awesome restaurant I recommend the "junkmail" IPA. For an appetizer try there nachos or wings. Dinner everything is good but try there ribs. For desert i like the lemon berry cake.
